Who are we? We are investors, just like you. We do the same things you do, look for a deal, evaluate the deal and decide if we should do the deal. What can New Leaf Investment do for you? We spend money and time advertising and contacting motivated sellers. That means we can find you property, and let’s face it, that’s half the battle. The rest is just crunching numbers and seeing if the investment meets your needs. How will you do that? Let’s start by telling you what we’re not going to do. - We’re not signing you up so that we can send you a ton of information on Guru of the Month’s latest series on investment that tells you how to make a million with no cash by paying him a mere $3,000 to attend his webinar… - We’re not signing you up to send you a bunch of foreclosure leads that you can get yourself out of the paper. - We’re not going to flood your inbox with a bunch of deals that aren’t good enough for us to do- but we think it would be a great idea for someone else… What we will do is contact you when we have a deal that we think you can make some money on. In other words don’t look for an e-mail or a call from us every day- but when we come knocking please take a moment to listen, it may be profitable for both of us.
