New Leaf Investment Inc. is a professional real estate investment company located in Roanoke, Virginia.  We have experience in the buying, selling, renting, managing and renovation of investment property.



What can we do for you?
The answer is simple- If you need it, we can probably help.  If we can’t, chances are we know someone who can or who can at least point you in the right direction.

Got a house you want to flip?  We can handle the whole project, Turn-Key from start to finish.

Own a rental?  If you live far away from the property, we can send you digital pictures of your investment and, with the permission of you and your tenant, even take a walk through the property and write up an unbiased opinion of its condition- no charge.

If you are looking for help with the management of your property or have some maintenance issues that you just can’t seem to get anyone to take care of- we can handle it.

Do you have a property that you would like to get rid of?  Possibly one you inherited or one that requires more work than you’d like to do to get it up to snuff.  We can find investors to make you an offer.
